CoQ10 is an essential cofactor found in our food supply and also produced in our body to support cellular energy production and healthy cardiovascular function. In a published human clinical trial, healthy adults took equal dosages of either a standard softgel capsule containing CoQ10 suspension in oil, powder-filled hardshell CoQ10 capsules, powder-based CoQ10 tablets, or a highly-solubilized form of CoQ10 softgel manufactured using the same process as Twinsorb CoQ10. Comparatively, the bioavailability of the highly Solubilized form of CoQ10 like that used in Twinsorb CoQ10 was significantly higher than the levels with the other three forms of CoQ10. The Twinsorb softgels are easy to swallow and dissolve quickly in the digestive system.
