Omega-3 fatty acids are a natural triglyceride marine lipid concentrate,
extracted (at low temperature and without the use of chemical solvents or
extractives) from fish body oils, providing a dietary source of Omega-3 fatty
acids and containing 18% Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and 12% Docasahexaenoic
Acid (DHA)
Eskimos who eat foods high in omega-3 fatty acids have very low serum triglycerides and total cholesterol.
