Turbo Protein Diet

Eighty percent of the people on earth need no more than about 2,400 calories a day. While on this diet, the body is provided with a daily ration of only about 400 calories, creating a deficit of some 2,000 calories. Since the entire metabolic engine is revved up by the soy milk mixture, the burning process is increased by about 30 to 40 percent. On top of that, engaging in sports further enhances the engine's power, so that there is at least a 50 percent increase in the basal metabolism.

Turbo Protein Diet The Fast

During the fast, the body's need for energy is-the 2000 calorie deficit for normal metabolism, plus another 1000 calories for the high-rev state created by the diet; therefore, 3000 calories per day are required by your body. Since these calories are suddenly not available to the (properly fasting) organism, the body gets them out of its fat reserves. One pound of fat provides 2,750 calories of energy, so the body will bum as much as just over a pound of fat every day!

Therefore it is not surprising that 13 to 18 pounds of fat can be metabolized in only two weeks.

After following the Turbo-Protein Diet, must I spend the rest of my life eating strictly low-calorie meals?

No! Heating up your metabolism with the protein drink is like a vaccination that needs only occasional boosters. Once your metabolism is properly revved up, you may eat normally. Once in a while take a few teaspoons of the protein powder in a drink, or perhaps mixed in yogurt or salad dressing. This is enough to keep the metabolism tuned up; everything in your body has been trained ? even the thyroid gland function!

Overview Of The Turbo Protein Diet
You do not consume any solid foods on the Turbo Protein Diet. Your nourishment consists of entirely of a drink made of special soy milk protein and a honey enzyme, and vegetable broth. This special drink is called Almased. This powder is made up of approximately 53% protein 2/3 vegetable and 1/3 animal protein. Almased supplies the body with a large dose of easily digested pure protein in a form not normally found in food. While losing weight, the body must be provided with the essential amino acids, otherwise serious health problems can occur.

A Personal Note From Chris Edwards CEO of VirtuVites.
I have been on the Turbo Protein Diet for 7 days now and I have lost 13 lbs already. I have not been experiencing hunger pains and the diet has not been unbearable. Going from 220 lbs to 207 lbs in seven days has convinced me that this is the fastest and healthiest way to lose weight. I am hoping to lose at least another 7-8 lbs in the next week and will only need to lose another 10 lbs to get to my target weight of 195 lbs. I will update on my progress in 1 week.

1 week later... I am back and I lost 17 lbs in 13 days. I feel great and look a lot better.

4 weeks later...  My weight is hovering around 205 lbs and I have not gained the lost weight back. I still take the Almased for breakfast and still eat reasonably.  I will try another 10 days after the Natural Products Expo in Baltimore, I could put on a few pounds while I am there.
