Guarantee - We have a 30 day money back guarantee (from ship date) on all unopened products that are in resell condition. Although we do not refund the shipping fee.  Please notify us immediately of any order that is unsatisfactory and we will try to resolve the problem... Any orders. 

Payments - We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Checks, Money Orders and Online Checks Your orders will be charged at the time of shipment. All payments are made in U.S. currencies. No COD orders. 

Online Checks (Pay by Check) - Please note that if you choose this payment method it can take 2-3 weeks to ship the order because we must first receive the check in the mail from Pay by Check, then we must wait for the check to clear which can take up to a week. After the check clears we will ship your order as fast as possible.

International Orders- VirtuVites ships products worldwide. Because of the complexities of all the different shipping methods it is next to impossible to have standard shipping costs. Each order is viewed individually and the best method is chosen for each case. Just as a basis you could expect to pay around $17 for a 1 lb. and approximately $6 per additional Lbs. Package shipped International Express Mail have an expected arrival time of 2-5 business days depending on customs. On smaller orders (under $40.00) average shipping price is around $7.95 for a 1 lb package. If you would like a quote for shipping email us at sales@virtuvites.com.  Packages seized by customs are non-refundable. It is the customers responsibility to know what products are legal to import into their own country.
 
Order By Mail - If you are not comfortable sending your credit card information over the internet you may pay for your order by Money Order or Personal Check, you may add items to your cart, register your name, shipping address and e-mail address on the on-line form. You can then print out the order form and mail it to VirtuVites 1550 W EVANS AVE UNIT F DENVER CO 80223. Please allow 3-6 days bank clearance for orders that are paid by personal checks. 

Shipping Charge and Method - We charges a flat rate of $4.95 on all orders no matter how large the order is. We do not penalize our customers for large purchases. All orders are shipped UPS GROUND 3-5  business days average delivery time from time order is placed. We are one of the fastest in the industry. All merchandise is carefully packed before leaving our warehouse. 

Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska - We charge a flat rate of $7.95 for Puerto Rico and Hawaii and orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Average delivery times are 3-7 business days.

When will my product be shipped? - Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 - 3 working days (weekend and holidays excluded). Please allow 3-5 days bank clearance for orders that are paid by personal checks. 

Cancel an order - You may cancel your order if you e-mail us before your order is shipped. Shipment can be as soon as 1 hour after you place your order, or within 1 working days. (We are the fastest)
