Serving Size: 1 Vcaps®

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 Vcaps® 1 to 3 times daily as needed, preferably on an empty stomach.

Free of: sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, milk, soy, corn, egg or preservatives.

Other Ingredients: Cellulose (capsule), Rice Flour, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica.

Warnings: As with all dietary supplements, do not take this product if you are pregnant, breast-feeding or taking any prescription medications without prior medical consultation. Please keep out of reach of children. Do to its calming effects, it’s not recommended that you consume alcoholic beverages while taking L-Theanine.
