Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 2 to 4 times a day.

Free of: sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, milk, egg or preservatives.

Other Ingredients: Gelatin (capsule) and Stearic Acid.
