Hylands Calms Forte is homeopathic relief of simple nervous tension and insomnia (sleeplessness). Hylands Calms Forte works without contraindications or side effects. No drug hangover, no sedatives, just nature's answer to a good night's sleep.

Hylands Calms Forte works with passiflora- for restless or wakeful sleep from exhaustion; avena sativa- for stress, nervousness or nervous headache; humulus lupulus- for drowsiness with incomplete sleep; chamomilla- for nervous irritability; and the following biochemic phosphates for enhancing cellular function: calcarea phosphorica, ferrum phosphoricum, kali phosphoricum, natrum phosphoricum, magnesia phosphoricum.
 

Other Ingredients:   Lactose NF, calcium sulfate, starch (corn and tapioca), magnesium strearate.

Storage: Keep this product in a cool dry place.

Contains No Added:  Free of Sugar and Sodium.  No Artificial Colors or Preservatives.

Suggested Use: As a relaxant, take 1 to 2 Hylands Calms Forte tablets as needed 3 times daily, preferably before meals. In insomnia: 1 to 3 tablets ½ hour before retiring. Repeat if needed without danger of side effects.
