Our ion exchange whey protein uses a proprietary process known as instantiating to enable the product to mix in to liquid by spoon, an objective difficult to attain with high protein content ingredients. Microfiltration is a membrane process that separates fat and larger protein molecules away from the lactose, minerals, and the remaining protein. The microfiltration membranes have larger molecular weight cut offs which allows the majority of the protein to pass through the membrane while retaining the fat. The Whey steam that passes through the membrane is then further concentrated by ultra filtration.

Ultimate whey protein is a Ultra Filtered  and ion exchange whey protein that is 95+% un-denatured, this means that it is processed at such a low temperature as not to harm the proteins, 

Directions

Mix 1 scoop of Ultimate Whey Protein in milk, water, or juice. Stir and serve. May also be used in protein fortified muffins and pancakes. Each 23 gram scoop contains 17 grams of pure protein.
